Privacy Policy:
Each Living Moment (ELM) is a not-for-profit / not-for-salary organisation that provides a free community service, which is funded by donors and operated by volunteers in accordance with non-commercial and altruistic guiding principles and ethics. See About Us.
When operating the organisation and when planning and executing it's health nurturing projects, ELM normally requires individual participants to register their name, State and Country in which they reside and contact details. Furthermore, the nature of services provided by ELM may require participants to submit video and audio recordings of themselves performing ELM music and/or dance for the purpose of producing and publishing music movies.
ELM undertakes to strictly:
When dealing with organised groups of performers, such as choirs, ELM may only require the leader of such a group (e.g. Choir Secretary, Music Teacher etc) to Register. In these cases, all communication and the granting/revoking of access permission to ELM resources and facilities are channeled through the leader. Whether or not a list of group participant names, be they first names only or full names, is provided to ELM for publication in movie credits, is at the sole discretion of the group leader in accordance with their organisation's privacy policy.
Publication of music products produced by ELM is normally open to unrestricted public viewing. This may involve the loading of digital images, audio and video onto the equipment of event organisers (e.g. Performing Arts Centres, conference facilities) and websites (including, but not limited to, Weebly/ELM, You Tube and Vimeo). The control of security and privacy of data uploaded to these websites is under the control of the ELM Team, within the normal terms and conditions for user accounts established with each website service company. In cases where data are loaded onto proprietary equipment for use at specific events, event organisers are requested to delete all such data at the conclusion of each event.
