Project Structure:

The project structure is shown in the graphic below. The structure is centred around the core team, namely; the workers. On its left flank, a number of BUSINESS ADVISORS will be recruited. Rather than work, their role is to advise the team on tax, business and legal issues. On the right flank, are a number of ART/TECHNICAL ADVISORS, who will advise on mind/body, music and audio issues.

Recruitment Strategy:

As the project will rely on the good will of volunteers, focus invitations to join the team on people from the target cohort, namely; those living with a degenerative condition or striving to avoid the onset of such a condition.

These team members and their family members are more likely to be self-motivated and committed to the project’s success.
