Jonathon Welch AM returns to lead the Mandurah Concert Band and community Choirs in a celebration of all things "Proms".
The Mandurah Proms is a highlight event of the annual Mandurah Stretch Arts Festival.
The Proms is a free community development initiative that gives local choral singers an opportunity to receive expert voice coaching from Jonathon in workshops and then perform what they have leaned to an appreciative audience in the main auditorium of the wonderful Mandurah Performing arts Centre.
